  • Federal Circuit and Family Court: is the court of record and a court of law that hears family law trials and appeals.
  • Family Court of Western Australia: is the court of record and a court of law that hears family law trials and appeals for WA.
  • Interrelate is a not-for-profit provider of relationship services providing mental health, parenting and separation support, counselling, relationship and sexuality education in schools and community support for our most vulnerable.
  • Services Australia: Has information that helps with child support arrangements between separated parents. You can learn more directly on their website about child support and separating.
  • Women's Legal Service Australia: are the peak organisation for Community Legal Centres specialising in women’s legal issues. Their members provide women with access to free legal assistance and supports to escape and recover from violence and abuse.
  • Community Legal Centres: Community legal centres give free and confidential legal help to people in need.

If you are worried about our legal fees we are an accredited law firm with JustFund who may be able to help you with your legal fees. 

  • JustFund provides a flexible line of credit to cover family law fees and disbursements associated with your divorce or separation.

If you need a lawyer and don’t have enough money to pay for one, you may be able to get help from Legal Aid:

  • Legal Aid NSW: LawAccess NSW can tell you if you are eligible for legal aid in NSW and can book an appointment for you to speak with one of their lawyers. For more details, take a look at the Legal Aid NSW website. 
  • Legal Aid Victoria: help people with their legal problems. They focus on protecting the rights of Victorians and representing those who need it the most in that state. 
  • Legal Aid QLD: focus on protecting the rights of Queenslanders and representing those who need it the most in that state.
